Covid-19 Ordering and Delivery Information
Dear Customer, Ordering during Covid19:
Due to our Preferred delivery partners currently being overrun with Regular Parcels across all networks, mostly due to the popularity of Online ordering during ‘Lockdown’. Many Regular Parcels are slower than usual to be delivered. Some by up to 3 weeks longer depending on locations and proximity to major highways etc. Which is not ideal for our live plants at the moment. We like a quick and reliable delivery for you.
With this we are only offering and Upgrading your order to our Covid Safe – Premium Flat Rate Express Post Priority option for all orders during checkout. This option is more costly but it is working well and delivering well within our expectations and well worth the extra cost.
Of course if Pickup is an option for you please do so, We offer 15% off web pricing for pre-paid (phoned or online) orders picked up and we offer a contact-less service via our Farm Gate collection area 6 days a week.
Most back-orders are are supplied within our usual 1-10 days standard however some stock needs to come out of our Melbourne depots which can be a bit slower at present.
If any back-orders are taking longer than usual we will call you straight away for other options or a refund asap.
