Description
Acer buergerianum – Trident Maple.
A small, deciduous tree with oval to rounded canopy and straight trunk. Features leaves that are three-lobed, almost ivy-like with three main veins that are shiny and triangular. The spring growth is coppery-red maturing to glossy dark green in summer that turns to a brilliant greenish-red and orange in autumn. Ideal street or garden specimen tree.
