Description: Chrysocephalum apiculatum, commonly known as Yellow Buttons or Common Everlasting, is a fast growing, low spreading perennial with masses of small, yellow, button flowers on the end of tall stems from spring to late autumn. A brightly coloured native that easily achieves the cottage feel. The plant forms a low-growing clump of narrow, silvery-green leaves that create an attractive contrast with the bright yellow flowers. a hardy and drought-tolerant plant that thrives in full sun and well-drained soil. It is often used in rock gardens, native gardens, borders, and containers, adding a cheerful and colorful touch to the landscape. Grows to approx. 40-60cm high and 50-90cm wide.

Description

 Corre a Dusky Bells “Austalian Fuchsia”.

This spreading ground cover flowers from fall into spring. Its tubular, dusky pink flowers attract hummingbirds, and its deep green leaves release a citrus scent when crushed. Tolerant of dry conditions, frost-hardy ‘Dusky Bells’ correa should be tip-pruned regularly to promote new growth and improve flowering. Healthy specimens can live up to 50 years or more.

Noteworthy Characteristics Pink, fuchsia-like flowers that attract hummingbirds. Very long-lived.

Care This correa grows in full sun to dry shade. It prefers moist, well-drained, neutral to alkaline soil. Tip-prune regularly.
